HOW DID YOU BECOME INVOLVED WITH JTLBC? 

Believe it or not, I first learned about JTLBC because I wanted to pursue boxing when I was in high school.  I would go in and train with my cousin Carlos.  After that I started college and that consumed all my energy and time, but I always had the desire to go back and help their mission in one way or another.  After I finishing school and started my consulting business, I knew I was ready to give back to the place that helped me build my confidence.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS ORGANIZATION?
As the marketing director my duties include making sure that our image is represented properly through all media outlets.  I'm like a storyteller, I let others know about our mission and invite them to be a part of the magic.

HOW HAS WORKING WITH JTLBC IMPACTED YOU?

This is a great organization that's ran by outstanding and driven individuals. I really wanted to join the movement and make a change. It's been very fulfilling, this experience has made me more understanding towards others and I've grown a lot as a person. I can't wait to see what the future has stored for us!

TELL US A FUN FACT ABOUT YOU!

Something that a lot of people don't know is that I am working towards my third language! I am learning Portuguese and hope to be fluent by the end of next year.
